Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
We strive to process product orders during all working day(s) (Days of the week, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
1.1. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the order date.
1.2. Additional days may be necessary during peak demand periods, promotional events, or holidays.
1.3. All shipments originate from international fulfillment centers and dispatch locations depend on product location, product availability and your shipping destination.
1.4. If the customer orders more than one product, we cannot guarantee that all products will be delivered to them at once and we reserve the right to make deliveries in installments.
1.5. The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order, but delivery methods may vary depending on the carrier delivering the products.
1.6. The customer must provide a valid delivery address.
1.7. The delivery method used may vary depending on the nature and number of products. Nidra reserve the rights to choose the delivery method considered most suitable for the type of product.
1.8. Our shipping carriers will attempt to deliver your package up to 2 times. If the package cannot be delivered after the second attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse, which will incur additional costs for further delivery attempts.
1.9. Delivery of parcels to neighbors or alternative addresses, previously requested through our customer support service, is at the customer's discretion and may not be covered by the carrier's insurance.
Note: Nidra is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or failure to be available for delivery. Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery times vary by product location, product availability and destination:

2.1. Please note these are estimated transit times based on the shipping channels and logistics partners we use. As most shipments are international, external factors (e.g., customs processing, freight availability) may occasionally extend delivery up to 14 weeks from dispatch.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
3.1. Product prices shown at checkout do not include local taxes or import duties, which means it may be needed once you receive your order. If you are required to pay customs fees or taxes upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail to customerservice@nidradecor.com with your invoice — we will work with you to reimburse eligible charges.
3.2. Most orders do not incur these charges but, customs authorities in the destination country may assess additional fees.
3.3. Delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes are outside our control and may extend delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items you order. We offer transparent pricing and will communicate any applicable charges before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Address Requirements
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at the time of placing an order.
5.1. Address accuracy: Please ensure that all delivery details, including recipient name, street address, building number, apartment or unit number (if applicable), postal code, city, and country, are entered correctly. Nidra will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
5.2. Delivery delays: Any delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details are the responsibility of the customer and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
5.3. Returned shipments: Orders returned by carriers due to address-related issues cannot be canceled. Reshipment will require confirmation of the correct address.
5.4. Additional charges: Any additional shipping, handling, or carrier fees incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.
6. Delivery Procedure
Most orders are delivered to the curbside at the front of the residence or business address. Please note:
6.1. Deliveries are made to the curbside or building entrance only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
6.2. We do not provide inside delivery, stair carry, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, packaging removal, assembly, or installation services.
6.3. We do not cover any costs related to waste disposal.
6.3. For special delivery arrangements (e.g., inside delivery, assembly), please contact Customer Service for availability and pricing.
6.4. Any requests for special delivery arrangements are not guaranteed, are not part of our standard service, are not part of the sales contract and will only apply if explicitly confirmed by us in writing prior to shipment. We reserve the right to decline such requests at our sole discretion.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. If you have not received this information within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Service by e-mail to customerservice@nidradecor.com.
